BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Dec. 6 - Jan. 2.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Dec. 6

Robert Cushman, 59, of Belmont, was issued a summons for discharging a firearm or archery equipment near a dwelling or building.

Dec. 23

Henry Pharris, 20, of Camden, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Acadia Highway in Brooks. 

Dec. 30

Enoch Nelson, 32, of Searsport, was arrested for domestic violence aggravated assault and violating a condition of release in Searsport.
