Waldo County Sheriff's beat
BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Nov. 4-10.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Nov. 4
Joe Potter, 33, of Monroe, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on School Street in Unity, stemming from an incident Sept. 2.
Nov. 5
Katrina Steiner, 26, of Unity, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Belfast Road in Knox.
Nov. 6
Jeremy Bennett, 35, of Brooks, was arrested for failure to appear in Belfast.
Stephen Cummings, 37, of Windham, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on N. Palermo Road in Palermo.
