BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Oct. 18-31.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Oct. 18
Harmony Tolle, 43, of Swanville, was issued a summons for exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more on Curtis Road in Swanville.
Oct. 21
Sonni Labrie, 35, of Knox, was arrested for failure to appear.
Oct. 25
David Dyer, 37, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on Lincolnville Ave. in Searsmont.
Oct. 26
Bailey Laurent, 61, of Knox, was arrested for operating under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child on Morse Road in Knox.
