Waldo County Sheriff's beat
BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Sept. 25 - Oct. 10.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Sept. 25
Matthew A. Moulton, 44, of Swanville, was issued a summons for unauthorized taking or transfer on Swan Lake Ave. in Swanville.
Sept. 29
Jason Trefethen, 45, of Winterport, was issued summonses for operating with an expired license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on N. Searsport Road in Frankfort.
Oct. 2
Shannon L. Small, 46, of Searsport, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Morrill Road in Belmont, stemming from an incident Aug. 26.
Joshua Maloon, 38, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Swan Lake Ave. in Swanville.
Oct. 9
Cameron B. Philbrook, 48, of Searsport, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and operating after suspension on Swan Lake Ave in Belfast.
Oct. 11
Devan J. Jordan, 33, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Mountain View Lane in Stockton Springs.
