Waldo County Sheriff's beat
BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Sept. 26 - Oct. 8.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Sept. 26
Robert A. Seger, 35, of Frankfort, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and violating a condition of release on S. Main Street in Winterport.
Sept. 27
Zachary Hopkins, 24, of Knox, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on Purple Heart Highway in Brooks.
Oct. 1
Jared Hews, 26, of Winterport, was arrested for violating a condition of release in Winterport.
Robert M. Cushman III, 34, of Belmont, was arrested for domestic violence terrorizing, three counts of violating a condition of release on Lincolnville Road in Belmont.
Oct. 4
John R. Steckevicz, 41, of Portland, was arrested for operating under the influence in Waldo County.
Oct. 7
Danniel J. Bagley, 19, of Pittsfield, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a property damage accident on Woodmans Mill Road in Searsmont.
