BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Sept. 12-30.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Sept. 12
Matthew Creasy, 43, of Eddington, was issued summonses for three counts of violating a condition of release, and operating after revocation on Route 220 in Thorndike.
Sept. 24
Alexis T. Williams, of Hermon, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Purple Heart Highway in Brooks.
Sept. 25
Katherine Santerre, 41, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Cape Jellison Road in Stockton Springs.
Corey J. Freeman, 55, of Weaverville, North Carolina, was issued a summons for operating beyond license class on Fort Knox Road in Prospect.
