BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity July 24 - Aug. 1. 

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

July 24

Michael Sentell, 41, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Smart Road. 

Shawn Perito, 30, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on the Back Belmont Road.

July 26

Brent Hassan, 36, of Oakland, was arrested for domestic violence criminal mischief on Battle Street in Burnham. 

Clyde W. Wellman Jr., 63, of Belmont, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Fenwick Road in Belmont. 

Katrina Paquette, 51, of China, was arrested for violating conditions of release. 

July 27

Adin S. Randlett, 22, of Friendship, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release, leaving the scene of a personal injury crash, and failure to give notice of an accident by the quickest means on Route 1 in Northport.
