BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity June 28 - July 10.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
June 28
Michael N. Grimrod, 19, of Monroe, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Route 137 in Knox.
June 30
Alyssa Heroux, 35, of Searsport, was issued a summons for operating with an expired license (beyond 90 days past expiration) on Smart Road in Searsport.
Jacob X. Rivera, 27, of Orono, was issued a summons for driving to endanger on Swan Lake Ave. in Swanville.
July 1
Joe Potter, 32, of Monroe, was issued summonses for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal trespass, and violating a condition of release on Swan Lake Ave in Swanville.
July 2
Stanley Curtis, 60, of Brooks, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Hall Hill Road in Brooks.
July 6
Thomas D. Noble, 52, of Carmel, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Route 7 in Belfast.
Roscoe H. Noble, 57, of Carmel, was issued a summons for criminal speed on W. Waldo Road in Belfast.
July 7
Heather L. Dunphy, 38, of Monroe, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Curry Road in Knox.
