    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity May 29 - June 5.

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    May 28

    Izik T. Marriner, 19, of Searsport, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Swan Lake Ave in Swanville. 

    May 29

    Amy L. Feener, 39, of Monroe, was arrested for criminal speed, possession of a schedule W drug, violating conditions of release, and operating after suspension on Monroe Road in Hampden. 

    May 30

    Michael A. Bunker, 60, of Franklin, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and criminal speed on Swan Lake Ave. in Swanville.

    Jeffrey M. Stump, 44, of Swanville, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Oak Hill Road in Swanville.

    Benjamin Theriault-Cotton, 44, of Winterport, was arrested for operating under the influence on Steam Road in Winterport. 

    May 31

    Brandon E. Amborn, 28, of Bath, was arrested on a warrant.
