BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Aug. 10-23. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Aug. 10

Gary L. Elwell, 72, of Searsport, was arrested for operating under the influence on Lang Hill Highway in Brooks. 

Aug. 12

Kimberlea Bradbury, 27, of Augusta, was issued a summons for failure to give notice of an accident by quickest means on Parmenter Road in Palermo. 

Aug. 16

Valicia M. Roy, 47, of Bangor, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and violation of bail conditions on Lincolnville Ave in Searsmont. 

Aug. 17

Brittani M. Rhynold, 26, of Monroe, was issued a summons for speeding 54 mph in a 45 mph zone on Route 1 in Jackson. 

Aug. 20

Christine Ortiz, 19, of Waldo, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Route 3 in Searsmont. 

Aug. 21

Sean R. Anderson, 37, of Liberty, was issued summonses for operating under the influence and five counts of violation of bail conditions on Prescott Hill in Liberty. 

Aug. 23

Erica M. Bishop, 28, of Hope, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Pinnacle Road in Liberty stemming from an incident June 21. 

Joseph Burdette, 37, of Hope, was issued a summons for violation of bail conditions on Pinnacle Road in Liberty.
