Waldo County Grand Jury indictments: Unlawful drug possession, theft, operating under the influence

    BELFAST — The Waldo County Grand Jury handed down 14 indictments Nov. 12. Of the 14 indictments, a majority of the cases involve unlawful drug possession and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. An indictment does not imply guilt.

    Michael R. Baker, 26, of Belfast, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs (three counts).

    William W. Burrows, 22, of Searsport, burglary, and theft by unauthorized taking (two counts).

    Audrey A. Cook, 35, of Brooks, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and violation of condition of release.

    Wayne L. Curtis, 55, of Belfast, violation of sex offender registration and violation of condition of release.

    Christopher L. Giggie, 23, of Monroe, driving to endanger.

    Kylee Gordon, 23, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (two counts).

    Christopher D. Kelly, 34, of Belfast, burglary (two counts,) and theft by unauthorized transfer or taking (two counts).

    Pamela Lowing, 47, of Thorndike, aggravated assault.

    Derek Maxcy, 34, of Belfast, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

    Robert F. McKinney Jr., 20, of Belfast, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

    Jared K. Whitaker, 19, of Waldo, stealing drugs.

    Shannon White, 37, of Bangor, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

    William E. Harris Jr., 36, of Bangor, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violation of conditions of release.

    Dylin P.B. Knight, 22, of Stockton Springs, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, criminal operating under the influence and possessing a concealed weapon.
