THORNDIKE — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office and Emergency Management Agency will host a full scale exercise at 9 a.m., Saturday, July 19, at the Mount View High School in Thorndike to test the emergency response to a mass casualty incident resulting from a school shooting incident. The purpose of the exercise is to demonstrate the ability of law enforcement agencies, fire departments and ambulance services to work together to quickly treat a large number of casualties in a high-threat environment.
