BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court May 15-21.
Allen James, 43, of Brooks, violating a condition of release in Belfast Aug. 29, 2023, dismissed; tampering with a witness, informant, juror, or victim, in Belfast Aug. 29, 2023, dismissed.
Dickie Bailey, 45, of Knox, domestic violence reckless conduct in Brooks Jan. 13, 2024, dismissed; reckless conduct in Brooks Jan. 13, 2024, $300 fine; violating a condition of release in Thorndike July 19, $300 fine; burning prohibited material in Knox March 29, $100 fine.
Fred J. Cameron, 42, of Searsport, altering vehicle after inspection in Frankfort Dec. 7, dismissed.
Matthew Reed, 41, of Stockton Springs, violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Nov. 20, 48 hours in jail.
Christopher Russell, 38, of Burnham, criminal mischief in Burnham April 26, $300 fine.
Christopher Garner, 36, of Jefferson, fishing for or possessing fish taken during closed season in Palermo March 14, $100 fine.
Deborah L. Hodgdon, 45, of Frankfort, harassment in Frankfort April 2, $300 fine.
Trapper Larrabee, 30, of Knox, operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks April 5, $250 fine.
Sean C. Baker, 41, of Unity, disorderly conduct (loud noise, private place) in Unity May 13, 48 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Unity May 13, 48 hours in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast May 14, 48 hours in jail and $73 restitution; violating a condition of release in Belfast May 14, 48 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Unity May 17, 72 hours in jail.
John R. Anderson, 23, of Unity, keeping an unlicensed dog in Unity April 6, dismissed.
Tanner D. Smith, 18, of Bangor, minor transporting liquor in Brooks March 8, license suspended for 30 days and $150 fine.
Samantha Edgecomb, 32, of Montville allowing a dog to be at large in Montville April 20, $50 fine.
