Waldo County closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Jan. 3-9.
Christopher Seekins, 31, of Brooks, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Nov. 17, 2021, nine months in jail and $400 fine; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Belfast March 13, 2023, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast March 13, 2023, seven days in jail; hindering apprehension or prosecution in Belfast March 13, 2023, 90 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Brooks Aug. 29, 2023, seven days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusal to stop) in Brooks Aug. 29, 2023, 90 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 26, seven days in jail;
Richard Campo, 38, of Washington, probation violation in Morrill March 12, 2023, 173 days in jail and probation partially revoked; violating a condition of release in Waldo Sept. 19, five days in jail.
Brigham C. Graf, 19, of Searsmont, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Belfast Aug. 14, 2023, dismissed.
Stephen Smith, 37, of Dedham, violating a condition of release in Brooks Jan. 1, 2024, three years in prison with all but six months suspended, two years of probation, and $1,362.50 restitution.
Stephen J. Cole, 68, of Stockton Springs, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Searsport March 5, dismissed.
Lucas Lightner, 24, of Belfast, failing to stop for an officer in Stockton Springs March 1, dismissed.
Timothy Michaels, 63, of Palermo, assault in Palermo Oct. 20, $300 fine.
Winston M. Durkee, 28, of Searsmont, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Aug. 14, $150 fine and $254.33 restitution.
Christopher N. Pettus, 35, of Corinna, operating a vehicle without a license in Frankfort July 29, dismissed.
Alexis T. Williams, 20, of Hermon, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Brooks Sept. 24, dismissed.
Dawn Viles, 20, of Belfast, assault in Belfast Oct. 7, $300 fine.
Rodrigo Sousa Schaustz, 20, of Bangor, operating a vehicle without a license in Swanville Nov. 12, $100 fine.
Nola Noble, 23, of Searsport, criminal mischief in Belfast Nov. 17, $400 fine.
Douglas Wellman, 41, of Palermo, using an autoloading firearm for hunting in Palermo Oct. 5, $100 fine.
Joshua D. Maloon, 38, of Waldo, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Nov. 5, $250 fine.
