BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Dec. 27 - Jan. 2. 

Devon Pierce, 33, of Newport, probation violation in Monroe Jan. 5, 2022, 48 hours in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

Brandon T. Elder Wright, 29, of Monroe, operating under the influence in Belfast May 17, dismissed. 

Sarrae A. Robinson Garland, 28, of Skowhegan, domestic violence assault in Belfast June 5, dismissed. 

Jeremy C. Bennett, 35, of Brooks, burning prohibited material in Knox June 7, $200 fine; burning without a permit in Knox June 7, $200 fine.

Joseph Potter, 33, of Stockton Springs, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity Sept. 2, seven days in jail; violating a condition of release in Unity Sept. 2, seven days in jail. 

Becky M. Mercure, 33, of Unity, criminal mischief on Isle Au Haut Dec. 29, 48 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Unity Dec. 29, 48 hours in jail.
