Waldo County closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Nov. 22-26.
Daniel R. Therrien, 38, of Belfast, probation violation in Belfast Nov. 16, 2021, eight months in prison and probation partially revoked; illegal possession of a firearm in Belfast Feb. 8, nine months in jail.
Brennan A. Albano, 23, of Troy, probation violation in Thorndike Nov. 20, 2021, probation continued, no sentence imposed.
Charles A. Stair, 69, of Burnham, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Unity Aug. 20, 2022, dismissed.
Benjerman McLaughlin, 40, of Monroe, operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport Dec. 19, 2022, dismissed; attaching false plates in Winterport Dec. 19, 2022, dismissed.
Olivia E. Carpentier, 29, of Troy, cruelty to animals in Swanville July 15, 2022, $300 fine; violating a protection from abuse order in Winterport Sept. 2, 2023, $300 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Winterport Sept. 2, 2023, $300 fine.
Adam D. Carnahan, 49, of Montville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity March 4, 2023, $250 fine.
Joseph A. Balla, 55, of Waldo, probation violation in Belfast Aug. 18, 2023, no sentence imposed.
Noah Kimball, 37, of Unity, burglary in Waldo Dec. 10, 2023, dismissed.
Cameron B. Philbrook, 49, of Searsport, failure to stop for an officer in Frankfort July 14, $500 fine; failure to register a vehicle in Frankfort July 14, dismissed; operating a motor vehicle beyond class restriction in Frankfort July 14, $250 fine.
Jason Lenfest, 51, of Ellsworth, operating after habitual offender revocation in Stockton Springs Sept. 1, six months in jail and $1,000 fine; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Sept. 1, 30 days in jail.
Douglas Davidson, 46, of Unity, domestic violence terrorizing in Unity Sept. 2, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Unity Sept. 2, $300 fine.
