Waldo County closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court
Leroy D. Malcolm Jr., 42, of Waterboro, probation violation in Burnham Aug. 3, 2019, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked, and continued.
Allen James, 43, of Jackson, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Waldo County July 5, 2023, not guilty.
Alivia L. Gordon, 26, of Waterville, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Jackson April 4, 2023, four years in prison with all but six months suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo County April 25, 2023, six months in jail and $400 fine.
Yannick B. Moutassie, 43, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Belfast March 12, 364 days in jail with all but nine days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years, and $700 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast March 12, seven days in jail and $250 fine.
Kirt Damon Jr., 35, of Bucksport, burning prohibited material in Northport May 4, $150 fine and $825 restitution.
Michaela Greenleaf, 26, of Frankfort, driving to endanger in Searsport Aug. 13, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.
Mark Kelly, 57, of Lincolnville, operating under the influence in Lincolnville June 29, three days in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.
Faye H. Hammond, 66, of Frankfort, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Aug. 8, $250 fine.
Darnell Hamilton, 41, of Waterville, operating a vehicle without a license in Burnham July 20, $150 fine.
Trapper Larrabee, 29, of Knox, operating a vehicle without a license in Brooks Aug. 17, $150 fine; violating a condition of release in Brooks Aug. 17, $300 fine.
Adin S. Randlett, 23, of Islesboro, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Northport July 27, $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Northport July 27, $500 fine.
Brent A. Merritt, 27, of Unity, operating while license suspended or revoked in Knox Sept. 8, dismissed.
Troy Trout, 48, of Northport, unlawful sexual contact in Northport Nov. 1, 14 days in jail; assault in Northport Nov. 1, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Northport Nov. 1, 14 days in jail.
Jaison W. Hashey, 49, of Swanville, operating an unregistered ATV in Brooks Sept. 8, $200 fine.
