Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court May 10-16.

    Nicholas Parker, 36, of Winterport disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belmont Aug. 20, 2021, seven days in jail; failing to report in Belfast Sept. 10, 2021, seven days in jail; failing to report in Belfast March 4, 2022, seven days in jail; failing to provide correct name, address, or date of birth in Belmont Nov. 4, seven days in jail; two counts of violating a condition of release in Belmont Feb. 15, seven days in jail for each count.

    Daniel R. Therrien, 38, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast Nov. 16, 2021, 364 days in jail with all but 60 days suspended and one year of probation; criminal mischief in Belfast Nov. 16, 2021, dismissed; unlawful possession of heroin in Belfast March 27, 2023, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast March 27, 2023, 60 days in jail; trafficking in prison contraband in Belfast Feb. 9, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Feb. 9, 60 days in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Feb. 9, 60 days in jail and $400 fine.

    Kristofer Barrett, 23, of Hudson, violating a protection from abuse order in Brooks Aug. 28, 2022, dismissed.

    William P. Talbot, 55, of Lincolnville, reckless conduct in Northport Nov. 17, 2022, $500 fine. 

    Jennifer L. Annett, 50, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast June 6, dismissed.

    Amanda M. Thornton, 35, of Searsmont, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belmont May 23, 2023 dismissed. 

    Devin Tucker, 27, of Belfast, probation violation in Belfast Sept. 17, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Dennis W. Cash, 30, of Liberty, domestic violence assault in Liberty Jan. 26, three days in jail; criminal trespass in Liberty Jan. 26, dismissed.

    Brandi Howard, 36, of Belfast, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Feb. 19, 90 days in jail with all suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine.

    Noah Kimball, 36, of Swanville operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Jan. 28, dismissed.
