    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court March 1-7.

    Kerston Lane, 47, of Brooks, probation violation in Brooks Aug. 7, 2019, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

    Stephen E. Larrabee, 44, of Prospect, criminal mischief in Prospect Jan. 27, 2021, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Prospect Jan. 27, 2021, $250 fine; 

    Cynthia M. Robey, 55, of Freedom, operating under the influence in Belfast Sept. 28, 2021, license suspended for 150 days and $600 fine. 

    Tyler J. Damon, 32, of Stockton Springs, probation violation in Frankfort Oct. 16, 2021, probation revoked, nine months in jail; burglary in Stockton Springs Sept. 19, nine months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Stockton Springs Sept. 19, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Sept. 19, 30 days in jail. 

    Stephen E. Boyle Jr., 53, of Northport, burglary in Northport April 4, 2022, three years in prison with all but nine months suspended, two years of probation, and $500 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Northport April 4, 2022, nine months in jail; failing to report in Belfast Dec. 31, 2021, nine months in jail;

    Erik Thompson, 44, of Brooks, operating after habitual offender revocation in Montville Nov. 27, 2022, nine months in jail and $1,000 fine. 

    Nichole Nadeau, 39, of Dedham, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Dec. 10, 2022, $250 fine and $50 restitution. 

    Jeremy C. Bennett, 34, of Brooks, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Brooks July 19, $400 fine. 

    Alexander Cunningham, 24, of Lincolnville, aggravated assault in Belmont Aug. 3, dismissed. 

    Christopher W. Kelley, 50, of Bucksport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast July 28, seven days in jail, license suspended for one year, and $500 fine. 

    Ashley Taylor, 49, of Troy, domestic violence terrorizing in Troy Dec. 30, 15 days in jail; domestic violence assault in Troy Feb. 19, nine months in jail with all but 15 days suspended and two years of probation; violating a condition of release in Troy Feb. 19, 15 days in jail. 

    Sean Cookson, 38, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Searsport Nov. 17, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

    Stephen Lee, 33, of Unity, attaching false plates in Thorndike Dec. 30, $150 fine,

    Zachary Martin, 23, of Liberty, failure to register a vehicle in Liberty Dec. 3, $150 fine. 

    Phyllip Stevens, 33, of Prospect, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Jan. 24, $250 fine. 

    Takota W. Lenfest, 25, of Searsport, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast March 2, four days in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast March 2, four days in jail. 

    Adam W. Gray, 36, of Jackson, violating a condition of release in Swanville March 5, 48 hours in jail.
