    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Jan. 27 - Feb. 1. 

    Aaron L. Daggett, 44, of Lincolnville, domestic violence criminal threatening in Lincolnville Dec. 24, 2022, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Lincolnville Dec. 24, 2022, dismissed; tampering with an informant, witness, juror, or victim in Belfast Dec. 28, 2022, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Dec. 28, 2022, dismissed. 

    Joshua Dimmitt, 30, of Montville, operating under the influence in Belfast Dec. 25, 2022, dismissed; driving to endanger in Belfast Dec. 25, 2022, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine. 

    Joshua M. Pomeroy, 35, of Stockton Springs, fishing for or taking shellfish from a closed area in Searsport Nov. 16, two days in jail; engaging in activities while suspended in Searsport Nov. 16, two days in jail.

    Lawrence Sequeria, 57, of Burnham, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Burnham Sept. 9, two days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity Sept. 10, two days in jail and $519.98 restitution.

    Carl S. Oldham, 57, of Belfast, violating a protection from abuse order in Belfast Jan. 6, 21 days in jail. 

    Donovan Conary, 26, of Belfast, violating a condition of release in Swanville Jan. 28, 48 hours in jail; failure to provide correct name, address, or date-of-birth in Swanville Jan. 28, 48 hours in jail.
