Stockman, Camden Hills girls cross country finish first; boys finish sixth

WATERVILLE — The Camden Hills boys and girls cross country teams hit the road to Waterville, and the girls returned as the meet’s champions. 

The Camden Hills boys team secured sixth place with a score of 149, while the girls team finished first with a score of 30.

Individually for the Camden Hills boys team, out of 111 individuals, Hayden Thibeault finished 10th (19.13), Ian Orsmond finished 28th (20.37), Elias Porter finished 31st (20.44), Sam Poutasse finished 71st (24.04), Colin Stewart finished 81st (24.35), Ben Kern finished 85th (24.58), Jonathan McDevitt finished 86th (25.05), Max Gallager finished 95th (26.53), Julian Mayhorn finished 105th (29.44) and Thomas Eagar finished 109th (32.58). 

Individually for the Camden Hills girls team, out of 81 individuals, Augusta Stockman finished first (20.59), Elsie Hildreth finished fifth (22.08), Miranda Dunton finished eighth (22.40), Phoebe Root finished ninth (22.59), Rose O’Brian finished 11th (23.36), Lauren Rothwell finished 15th (24.29), Kaitlyn Kessel finished 24th (25.38), Bella Grace finished 34th (26.42), Margaret Richmond finished 44th (27.36), Allison Morse finished 50th (28.17) and Katherine Upham finished 68th (34.26). Alma Bournivale did not finish the race.
