The Safe Handling of Medications presentation at Quarry Hill
CAMDEN — Quarry Hill offers a program on the safe handling of medications, Wednesday, Feb. 12, at 1:30 p.m., at the Anderson Inn. MaineHealth Pharmacy Pen Bay Hospital and Penobscot Bay Community Health Partnerships team up to present how to safely use, store, and dispose of medications.
Chandler Blodgett, PharmD; Hillary Mishcon, PharmD; and Jamie Lovley, LMSW, will discuss drugs to avoid or use with caution, the importance of safe medication storage, medication disposal, and more. Complimentary disposal pouches will be provided.
