Rockport Police beat: OUI, operating without a license, attaching false plates
ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Dec. 21-29. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Dec. 21
Philip A. Libby Jr., 50, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Officer Dana Smith for attaching false license plates, operating with suspended registration.
Dec. 22
Adrianne Dill, 35, of Belmont, was issued a summons by Smith for operating without a license.
Dec. 24
Dwight Collins, 44, of Appleton, was issued a summons by Officer Robbie Shaw for operating under the influence.
Dec. 26
Francis E. Emery, 91, of Camden, was issued a summons by Smith for failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle.
Juvenile male, of Camden, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Taylor for carrying a passenger beyond license restrictions.
Dec. 27
Jillian Paradis, 21, of Lewiston, was issued a summons by Shaw for insurance violation.
Michael Watson, 21, of Hope, was issued a summons by Sgt. Travis Ford for inspection and insurance violations.
Dec. 29
Amy L. Hart, 26, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Smith for operating an unregistered motor vehicle and insurance violation within 30-150 days.
