Camden-Rockport Middle School presents two evenings of fun

    CAMDEN — The Camden-Rockport Middle School will present its production of William Gleason’s “The Pink Panther Strikes Again,” Friday, March 20, and Saturday, March 21, at the Camden Opera House. Both performances will begin at 7 p.m. Directed by Ellen Curtis, the cast and tech crew consist of sixth, seventh and eighth grades. The lead roles of Inspector Jacques Clouseau and Dreyfus are double-cast, played by Mary McQuatters and Katherine Bowen as the inspector.

    Clouseau’s rival, Dreyfus, is played by Phoebe Walsh and Ava Baeza.

    Between the slap stick comedy and outrageous French accents, the family friendly shows promises to be very, very funny.

    Technical direction is provided by Erma Colvin and Julia Olson with Horizons Arts. Dan O’Connell directed the students’ in construction and Foner Curtis was the lighting mentor for the students who designed and executed the lighting.

    Admission is $5 per person, or $15 for a whole family. The affordable entertainment is a great way for the family to spend an inexpensive night out.
