PAWS spring fling golf tournament to be held May 21
ROCKLAND — The PAWS spring fling golf tournament will be held Friday, May 21 at the Rockland Golf Club with beautiful ocean views of Rockland Harbor.
The event is a great way to kick off the golf season, according to a news release, with a putt for homeless pets.
The 18-hole tournament will begin at 1 p.m. with a shotgun start on a course that is, per the release, fun to play, easy to walk and pleasant to ride.
“The best part is knowing while you enjoy the sunshine, work on your golf swing, and make memories with your best golf friends, you're also making a difference in the lives of animals in need,” the release noted.
Lunch is included and there will be plenty of opportunity for prizes, raffles, and fun with good friends.
