CAMDEN — Oshima Brothers, known for their harmony-heavy East Coast indie soul, will return to their roots for a homecoming concert Saturday, Nov. 24, at 7:30 p.m., at the Camden Opera House, 29 Elm St.

“This isn't just a concert, it's a celebration of home, harmony, and the heralding of winter,” said COH, in a news release. “Oshima Brothers, Japanese-Italian siblings Sean and Jamie, have carved a unique niche in the music world with their distinctive roots-pop blend.”

Their music, lauded by NPR as ‘infectious’ and by Maine Public as ‘uplifting tunes in times we need them most,’ has garnered over 15 million streams and captivated 200,000 monthly listeners, according to the release.

Oshima Brothers have had a remarkable year, marked by the release of a 45-minute film and their remix album Origami, alongside a relentless tour schedule.

“Their anticipated Homecoming concert at the Camden Opera House promises to be a night to remember, complete with a full band, special guests, a dynamic range from acoustic to electric sets, and captivating video projections that promise to enhance the immersive experience. Oshima Brothers' journey has seen them grace stages at premier festivals and share spaces with music greats such as Maggie Rogers, Ani DiFranco, and St. Paul & The Broken Bones. Sean and Jamie sculpt soundscapes, using live looping, diverse instrumentation, and lush vocals to envelop audiences in an auditory journey.”
