CAMDEN — Celebrate Earth Day by joining in a community gathering expressing gratitude for nature, to nature, through spoken works and music, Sunday, April 21, from 2 to 3:15 p.m., at Merryspring Nature Center’s Ross Center, 30 Conway Road in Camden. 

From musical performances to forest bathing practices to readings, performers will share their appreciation and talents to honor Earth Day. Presenters include: Michele DiGirolamo (guided meditation and forest bathing practices), Marina Schauffler (reading from her book, “Turning to Earth: Stories of Ecological Conversion”), Leslie Ferguson (reading from Thích Nhất Hạnh’s “Love Letter to the Earth”), Matt Burke (banjo & vocal), Helen Bellafiore (vocal), and Julie Sells (flute).

Because space is limited, registration is required with an $8 fee. All proceeds will be donated to local environmental organizations.
