Re/Max Jaret & Cohn has announced business leadership changes to begin the new year.

In 1981, Ellis Cohn and Joe Jaret built their Maine real estate company on a foundation consisting of, “hard work, integrity and excellence,” according to a news release.

“Their original goal was to provide the best real estate experience possible by making each client feel like a part of the family,” the release said. “And now part of that family has returned, as we welcome Zac and Marlene Cohn back into the family business.

Zachary Cohn said he is thrilled to be reemerging into the real estate world after 10 years of experience opening and managing other businesses.

He had previously represented Midcoast clients in various types of real estate transactions from 2000-2010.

On February 1, he and his wife, Marlene Cohn, who owns Green with Envy Salon, assumed management of Rockland office.

“Carleton Johnson will continue to be one of our outstanding agents at the Rockland location and is thrilled to be part of the new transition,” the release said.

“We at Re/Max Jaret & Cohn want our clients to know that we are dedicated to tending to each individual client's needs,” said Re/Max Jaret & Cohn. “With more than 40 agents in five offices, we are focused on serving our clients at the highest level possible. With decades of experience and knowledge as to the ever changing real estate market, we look forward to many more decades of assisting families who also want to grow their lives here in the Midcoast of Maine.
