CUSHING — Maurice D. Young, 53, of Cushing, passed away on May 1, 2021 in Freedom.

Maurice was predeceased by his parents, Maurice and Patricia (Moreash) Young.

He was a 1986 graduate of George’s Valley, dug clams in Cushing for most of his life, and loved listening to Hank Williams Jr. and country living.

Maurice is survived by Robert, Carrie, Shirley, Cole, Connor, his son Thomas Young and many cousins.
