The Lincoln Home to host July 4th Fireworks Party on the River

NEWCASTLE — The Lincoln Home is hosting a lawn party to celebrate the fourth of July, from 4:30 - 8:30 p.m., "with premium fireworks viewing at dusk," according to The Lincoln Home, in a news release.
Dance on the lawn to music of Deadly Desire, a high energy 1980’s tribute rock band. Enjoy barbecue burgers, sausages, hotdogs, french fries and taco bowls that will be available for purchase, along with homemade strawberry shortcake, ice cream and watermelon. Beer, wine and soft drinks will be available for purchase.

"Kids will have fun dancing on the lawn with light up bracelets and necklaces," said The Lincoln Home.
"Bring your lawn chairs and blankets for the best view of the fireworks overlooking the Damariscotta River," said the news release.
No coolers or pets are allowed.
Parking on site is available for $10. All proceeds benefit The Lincoln Home Resident Assistance fund.
The Lincoln Home is located at 22 River Road Newcastle, Maine.
