Summer Nadia Ali Ariza, 32, of Bangor; guilty of a probation violation; 90 days in jail, partial probation revocation, probation continued.
Richard Austin, 37, of Waldoboro; guilty of fishing for or taking shellfish from a closed area in Vinalhaven June 29; $500 fine.
Eric Benson, 31, of Warren; guilty of aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation in Warren Jun. 27; $1,000 fine, three years in prison with all but one year suspended and two years of probation; guilty of operating under the influence in Warren Jan. 27; $700 fine, six months in jail and three-year license suspension.
Josiah Bernardo, 19, of Hope; guilty of gross sexual assault in Rockland April 13; five years in jail with all but six months suspended and three years of probation.
Tanya M. Bormet, 42, of Washington; unsworn falsification; dismissed.
Becky Condon, 25, of Camden; guilty of a probation violation; 33 months in prison, probation revoked; guilty of assault in Rockland Aug. 26; 30 months in prison; guilty of violating condition of release in Rockland Aug. 26; six months in jail.
John Daniels, 36, of Rockland; guilty of a probation violation; 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Stephen Darney, 45, of Augusta; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Warren May 10, 2011; dismissed.
Amanda Davis, 32, of Portland; probation violation; 42 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

Adam L. Dodge, 27, of Thomaston; two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Thomaston Sept. 9; dismissed.
Timothy B. Dyer, 67, of Vinalhaven; guilty of possessing lobster beyond minimum or maximum in Vinalhaven June 17; $600 fine.
Harland Edwards, 43, of Warren; guilty of operating after habitual offender revocation in Warren March 28, 2013; $1,000 fine, three years in prison with all but one year suspended and two years of probation.
Michael A. Estes, 23, of St. George; guilty of violating conditions of release in Cushing Oct. 14; 30 days in jail; guilty of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Cushing Oct. 14; $400 fine, 18 months in jail with all but 60 days suspended and one year of probation; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Cushing Oct. 14; dismissed.

Stephen Kirkley, 23, of Albany, N.Y.; guilty of assault on an officer in Warren Dec. 2, 2013; one year in prison.

O'Hara Jr., 34, of Owls Head; guilty of violating conditions of release Feb. 23 in Rockland; 30 days in jail; guilty of unlawful possess of scheduled drugs Feb. 23 in Rockland; $400 fine, two years in prison with all but 60 days suspended, two years of probation and $9.88 restitution; guilty of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs Feb. 23 in Rockland; $400 fine and 30 days in jail.

Roscoe, 26, of Brewer; guilty of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs Nov. 2, 2009, in Camden; $400 fine, four years in prison with all but eight months suspended and two years of probation; guilty of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs Oct. 7, 2009, in Rockport; $400 fine, four years in jail with all but eight months suspended, two years of probation and $1,300 restitution.
Thomas L. Shorey Jr., 36, of Rockland, operating after habitual offender revocation July 22, 2012, in Rockland; $1,000 fine, five years in prison with all but two years suspended, two years of probation and $921.17 restitution.
