ROCKLAND— The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior and Rockland District Court from Nov. 20-Dec. 22.

Superior Court

Gary Demmons, 61, of Waldoboro, aggravated trafficking or furnishing of scheduled drugs, dismissed.

Zachary S. Barnes, 25, of Cushing, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked.

Rockland District Court

Nicholas J. Carpenter, 31, of Augusta, operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, 48 hours in jail.
