ROCKPORT — Camden National Bank’s Hope@Hope giving program benefits homeless families served by KCHC.

Camden National Bank recently presented the Knox County Homeless Coalition with a donation of $2,600; proceeds from its Hope@Home giving program. Through the Hope@Home program, Camden National Bank
donates $100 to a community shelter every time a customer finances a new home through them.

“We are so appreciative of this donation to support the homeless families served by KCHC. The partnership of area businesses and caring community members such as Camden National Bank is critical to the success of our programs.” said Jess Harriman, shelter manager at KCHC, in a news release.

The Hope@Home program has raised more than $385,000 supporting more than 50 shelters in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts since its inception in 2015.

“We’re thrilled to support such important work in our hometown,” said Pam Kenniston, senior vice president, senior retail loan officer at Camden National Bank. “Delivering the Hope@Home donation checks to KCHC has become a meaningful routine for me as I know how much the support has a real impact.”
