Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases
ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Dec. 4-8.
Anthony J. Baker, 26, of Union, terrorizing, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 48 hours in jail; operating vehicle without license, 48 hours in jail.
Tyler Scott Deken, 28, of South Thomaston, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Thomas Gilliland, 55, of South Thomaston, operating while license suspended or revoked-operating under the influence, two counts, $600 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended one year; operating under the influence (alcohol), two counts, $500 fine, 30 days in jail, license suspended 150 days; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident, 30 days in jail.
Jessica A. Grindle, 37, of Sedgwick, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, 24 hours in jail; attaching false plates, 24 hours in jail.
Michael Heminway, 59, of Brunswick, failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.
Timothy Keefe, 50, of Rockland, assault, dismissed; terrorizing, dismissed.
Nathan S. McLellan, 33, of Thomaston, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed.
Bruce S. Sidelinger, 43, of Rockland, criminal threatening, dismissed; terrorizing, 60 days in jail.
Miranda Simmons, 37, of Waldoboro, attaching false plates, $100 fine.
Robert L. Sukeforth, 46, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
Trevor J. Teves, 18, of New Bedford, Mass., aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed; illegal possession of firearm, dismissed.
Shane Verge, 28, of Augusta, operating under the influence (alcohol), $600 fine, license suspended 150 days; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Scott Yakovenko, 51, of Thomaston, operating after registration suspended, $150 fine.
