ROCKLAND — Join the Halcyon Quartet for Robert McCloskey’s Burt Dow, Deep-Water Man, on Saturday, April 11, at 2 p.m., at the Strand Theatre. The performance of this “whale of a tale” will feature the narration of the story by Luke Fatora, and projections of the iconic story artwork alongside live music by the quartet including favorite tunes such as “Beyond the Sea,” “Down by the Bay,” “Baby Beluga” and many others.  

This presentation is recommended for all ages and has a running time of about 50 minutes. As part of the Strand Family Series, tickets are available on a sliding scale to promote inclusivity and community connection to the arts.
