THOMASTON — Douglas G. Young, 92, died Oct 2, 2014, at Pen Bay Medical Center, after a brief illness. A full obituary will be published.
A funeral service will be held Monday, Oct. 6 at 2 p.m. at Thomaston Baptist Church on Main Street in Thomaston. Private interment will be in Village Cemetery on Dwight Street in Thomaston.
Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Pope Memorial Humane Society of Knox County, P.O. Box 1294, Rockland, ME 04841.
