WALDOBORO — The Waldoboro Public Library will be offering three art classes this winter led by artist Debe Loughlin. All three will be on Saturdays, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

They are “Painting with Watercolors” on February 24, “Painting with Acrylics” on March 23, and Sampler which allows students to try different mediums such as gouache, India ink, and other paints on April 27.

The classes are free of charge and open to all abilities, no experience necessary. Materials will be provided.
