Camden Police beat: Arrest warrants, OUI, speeding

    CAMDEN – Camden police reported the following activity from Sept. 6-30. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

    Sept. 6

    Douglas D. Mott, 50, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Officer Brook Hartshorn for failure to register motor vehicle.

    Dillon Hutchinson, 27, of Appleton, was arrested by Officer Sam Butler for failure to give correct name/date of birth, violating condition of release and four warrants.

    Sept. 9

    Kaitlin Wallace, 31, of Camden, was arrested by Officer Jonathon Morgan on a warrant for violating a condition of release and operating after suspension.

    Penny Bryer, 66, of Wiscasset, was issued a summons by S. Butler for failure to display current inspection.

    Seth Howard, 44, of Morrill, was issued a summons by S. Butler for failure to register motor vehicle expired 30 to 150 days.

    Sept. 10

    Gregory Gordon, 69, of Hope, was issued a summons by S. Butler for failure to register motor vehicle expired 30 to 150 days and failure to produce insurance.

    Sept. 11

    Brandon Soards, 32, of Rockland, was issued a summons by S. Butler for failure to produce insurance.

    Kimberly Tucker, 59, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by S. Butler for speeding.

    Sept. 11

    Male juvenile, 16, of Hope, was arrested by S. Butler for gross sexual assault and unlawful sexual touching.

    Sept. 15

    Martin J. Kalin, 59, of Washington, was issued a summons by S. Butler for operating without a license.

    Sept. 16

    Daylene Stevens, 52, of Camden, was issued a summons by Officer Mark Bennett for violating a condition of release.

    Sept. 17

    Mark Guilmet, 54, of Northport, was issued a summons by S. Butler for speeding.

    Kevin Stanley, 53, transient, was arrested by Morgan on a warrant for failure to appear.

    Sept. 19

    Ann L. Cagnina, 31, of Camden, was issued a summons by Officer Scott Entwistle for dog at large.

    Denise Despirito, 37, of Hope, was issued a summons by S. Butler for speeding.

    Sept. 20

    Lynn Feldborg, 77, of Camden, was issued a summons by S. Butler for failure to stop at a stop sign.

    Pamela J. Maus, 70, of Owls Head, was issued a summons by Officer Paul Thompson for failure to register motor vehicle 30-150 days.

    Sept. 21

    James H. Pelletier, 60, of East Baldwin, was arrested by Thompson for operating under the influence, second offense.

    Sept. 24

    Kate R. Albus, 28, of Belfast, was issued a summons by Bennett for operating after suspension.

    Sept. 27

    Matthew L. Thibodeau, 21, of Camden, was issued a summons by Thompson for speeding.

    Sept. 28

    Buddy Bradstreet, 29, of Belfast, was issued a summons by S. Butler for operating a defective vehicle and failure to produce insurance.

    Sept. 30

    Matthew B. Jones, 30, of Lincolnville, was arrested by Bennett on a warrant, operating after suspension, criminal speed and violating conditions of release.
