Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity May 14-29.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
May 14
Wendy S. Macfee, 61, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft on Main Street.
May 17
Elizabeth Holman, 59, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence and violating a condition of release on Charles Street.
May 22
Brian Larrabee, 44, of Searsport, was arrested for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Mill Lane.
May 23
Clarence J. Lawrence, 47, of Belfast, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Back Belmont Road.
May 24
Leslie S. MacMillan, 41, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered vehicle (beyond 150 days past expiration on Church Street.
Levi Westover, 31, of Belfast, was arrested for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug and violating a condition of release on Route 52.
