BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Jan. 22-29.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Jan. 22

Matthew Hogan, 32, of Searsport, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and operating after suspension on Searsport Ave. 

Jan. 23

Torin Howard, 59, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Searsport Ave.

Jacob McFarland, 31, of Lincolnville, was arrested for domestic violence assault and violating a condition of release on Searsport Ave.
