Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Nov. 5-20.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Nov. 5
Joshua Maloon, 38, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Robbins Road.
Elizabeth Hulman, 58, of Belfast, was issued summonses for unlawful trafficking of schedule W drug, and unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Robbins Road.
Nov. 10
Samuel Ladd, 79, of Belfast, was arrested for two counts of assault on an officer, two counts of assault on an emergency medical services, and assault on High Street.
Nov. 16
Anthony A. Hybers, 32, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 1.
Richard C. Brown, 70, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Front Street.
