Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Sept. 1 - Oct. 31.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Sept. 1
Leah L. Ward, 64, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft on Lincolnville Ave.
Sept. 12
Simone Hnilicha, 57, of Cambridge, Massachusetts, was issued a summons for theft on Starrett Drive in Belfast.
Oct. 22
Lia Frazee, 20, of Swanville, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on Cardinal Circle.
Oct. 25
Jonathan Littlefield, 44, of Belfast, was arrested for disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) on Ryan Road in Belfast.
Oct. 28
Francis Richardson, 29, of Swanville, was arrested for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Swan Lake Ave.
