Belfast Police beat
BELFAST —Belfast Police reported the following activity Oct. 7-31.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Oct. 7
Dawn Viles, 30, of Belfast, was issued a summons for assault on Piper Stream Road.
Oct. 19
Michael Curtis, 50, of Belfast, was issued a summons for allowing a dog to be at large on City Point Road.
Oct. 22
Thomas P. Williams, 59, of Northport, was issued a summons for two counts of theft on Lincolnville Ave, stemming from a Sept. 22 incident.
Oct. 23
Dakota Hustus, 27, of Belfast, was arrested for obstructing the report of an injury or crime, criminal mischief, and domestic violence aggravated assault on Ryan Road.
Joshua Miller, 52, of Belfast, was arrested for cruelty to animals on Lincolnville Ave.
