Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Oct. 10-18.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Oct. 10
Nicole Pearse, 39, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Drive.
Jonathan E. Ward, 47, of Brooks, was issued summonses for theft by deception and forgery on Belmont Ave.
Oct. 11
James D. Francis, 38, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Main Street.
Oct. 12
Raymond H. Brown, 22, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Searsport Ave.
