Belfast Police beat: theft, OUI, criminal trespass

BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity July 27 - Aug. 3. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
July 27
Lila M. Nation, 70, of Belfast, was issued summonses for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass on Main Street.
Aug. 1
Philip Dulude, 49, was arrested for criminal trespass on Waldo Avenue.
Deanna Lenfest, 39, of Belfast, was arrested for assault, criminal mischief, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Main Street.
Aug. 2
Stuart C. Haaf, 31, of Lincolnville, was arrested for operating without license and operating under the influence on Northport Avenue.
