Belfast Police beat: criminal mischief, criminal trespass, speeding

    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Oct. 26 - Nov. 5. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Oct. 26

    Emily Rogals, 52, of Belfast, was issued a summons for aggravated criminal mischief on High Street. 

    Oct. 30

    Benjamin R. Trundy, 21, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Searsport Avenue. 

    Nov. 2

    Isabella Witham, 18, of Belfast, was issued summonses for violating conditions of release and criminal trespass on Belmont Avenue. 

    Nov. 3

    Jodi L. Edward-Gaspar, 58, of York, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Route 1. 

    Wyatt J. Staples, 18, of Belmont, was issued a summons for unnecessary acceleration noise on Northport Avenue.

    Nov. 4

    Christina C. Tripp, 28, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for failure to notify the operator/owner of an unattended vehicle collision on Front Street.
