Belfast Police beat: criminal mischief, aggravated assault

    BELFAST — The Belfast Police reported the following activity June 19-28. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    June 19

    Alyson L. Maxwell, 25, of Appleton, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Miller Street.

    Fred W. Sutherland, 54, of Belfast, was issued a summons for criminal mischief on Miller Street.

    Bryan Hayes, 40, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating with suspended registration on Route 3.

    June 20

    Larason E. Guthrie, 55, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on High Street.

    June 21

    Ryan J. Violette, 37, of Winthrop, was issued a summons for texting while driving on Waldo Avenue.

    June 22

    Michael I. Lannan, 56, of Concord, Massachusetts, was arrested for operating under the influence on Route 1.

    June 23

    Petra Hartlova, 36, of St. Simons Island, Georgia was issued a summons for theft (shoplifting) on Starrett Drive.

    Anthony M. Littlefield, 37, of Belfast, was arrested for disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Northport Avenue.

    June 26

    Robert I. Porter, 36, of Montville, was arrested for receiving stolen property at Colonial Gables.

    June 28

    Carmine Ferrante, 44, of Belfast, was arrested for criminal trespass, aggravated assault, and assault on an officer on Belmont Avenue.
