BELFAST – The Belfast Community Outreach Program in Education (BCOPE) students spent the morning decorating Halloween cupcakes with their neighbors at Belfast Square Apartments. The cupcakes were baked by students as part of their community outreach program. A great time was had by all and future gatherings are already being planned.
