Arts On The Hill series 2026 begins with Rockville the Band

Wednesday, July 01, 2026 - 05:30 pmCoastal Mountains Land Trust and Rockville the Band are celebrating music, land conservation and community on Wednesday, July 1, at 5:30 p.m., with this year’s first concert of the Arts On The Hill series atop Beech Hill in Rockport.
Rockville, a local roots rock band with a unique blend of folk, country, blues, and reggae, recently released their debut album, Shine.
"Rockville offers original music that speaks to the elements, the natural world and human experience," said a CMLT news release.
Band members include Aaron Englander (vocals, guitar, banjo) Allison Redding (vocals, keyboard), Matt Hill (vocals, lead guitar), Johannes Nightingale (flute, guitar), Ray Montana (bass) and Ryan Cordiner (drums).
"Rockville is one of many active bands in Midcoast Maine’s vibrant local music scene that builds inclusive community spirit at shows up and down the Midcoast all summer long," said the news release.
All Arts on the Hill performances are free and open to all ages. Please leave dogs at home.

Coastal Mountains Land Trust has worked since 1986 to permanently conserve land and connect people with nature in the western Penobscot Bay. The Land Trust has protected over 13,500 acres, offering 55+ miles of trails for public recreation.
