Festivities begin at 7 a.m. with the Pancake Breakfast followed by: Pirate events, Kids Alley, Windjammers For Wee Mateys, Mysterious Harbor Tours - by E-bike and foot, hot dog eating contest, free concert at the Opera House at Boothbay Harbor: Navy Band Northeast Pops Ensemble.
